Admission procedure

The admission procedure for academic year 2016-17 commences on the 1st April of the preceding year.

Pre-admission Procedures-

1.The applicant can purchase the Prospectus from the School???s website or from the Accounts Department of the school from Monday???Saturday, between 9:00am to 4:00pm. In case you wish to meet the Admission Counselor, please call on 9752421159 to fix an appointment.
2.The applicant wish to proceed with the admission, the process to be followed is:

For KG classes ???
The applicant would be required to submit the Admission Form to the Admission
Department with the set of documents mentioned in annexure 4. Once the documents are received, an orientation meeting will be held between the parent and the admission administrative authority, for which a date and time will be allotted.
Grade 1st.???Grade 8th. ???
The applicant would be required to submit the Admission Form to the Admission???s Department with the set of documents mentioned in point no.4. Then written test will be conducted on the basis of which the student will be able get admitted in the school their after Parents??? will be then called for an interaction with the admission administrative authority, to understand the need of the student, and to check the ability of the student for effective learning.
Note :- All orientations, interactions and written tests will be conducted on weekdays only.
4.Documents to be submitted with the Application form:-           
??  Transport Form
??  Original plus one copy of the students Birth Certificate (The original will be returned immediately after verification)
??  Copy of the previous Report Cards for three years. (Applicable for students applying for Grade 2 and above)
??  Personal Statement explaining why the applicant wants to join Royal Public school, if applying for the same
??  Copy of excellence certificate received previous year. (If available)

5.  Results of written test are declared within 24 hours and communicated over the phone/email.
Post-admission Procedures:
Once Admission is granted you may proceed to deposit the Fees and submit the following documents in 7 days to the School Office.
            ??  A copy of Domicile and cast certificate (Jati praman patra). It is mandatory for ST/SC/OBC students.
            ??  Escort Card/ID Card Form
            ??  Transfer Certificate from the last School attended.Overseas students may submit a recommendation letter
            ??  Once the Fee and documents are submitted, the applicant will receive an Admission Confirmation Letter through courier or email, from the school. This will inform you about 
            further formalities, to be completed, if any.
            ??School uniform and books can be bought from the uniform store and the book store in the Market. The school doesn???t recommend any particular store to buy anything from.
An Orientation session will be held on the 1st day of the new session for Parents and Students.
Kindly inform the School of the applicant???s joining date if the same is not as per the School Calendar, via Email to the Admissions Office.
All documents need to be duly completed, signed and filled in block letters, before submission. Any incomplete documents may lead to delay in the Admission procedure and increase the risk of not gaining a seat. Additionally, once all the details are organized, please deliver them in an L-Shaped transparent folder to the Admissions Office.
